He is an experienced consultant specialized in risk-based decision making, probabilistic risk assessment, structural evaluation and project management of physical assets and portfolios valued at over a billion euros. With a keen eye in automation and state of the art technology, he has guided the acceleration in highly ambitious non-conventional projects and led the development of tailor-made software solutions for ministries, regional governments and research institutions.
